Cemo

Created in 1965 in the area of Nantes (west of France), CEMO is a manufacturing company which meets the needs of creators and distributors of glasses frames thanks to its technology and expertise.

Focusing upon the eyewear industry, CEMO has however diversified in other branches of industry such as watch-making, jewellery, cutlery and also in the electric and medical sectors.

In the 80’s, CEMO decided to locate in the Jura (east of France), the historic region of the world eyewear industry.
In 1997, CEMO was taken over by Claude Rabut. Over the years, he has made his small company into a manufacture but with all the qualities of handicraft.

The new management team bought the company in December 2013.
